The form collects the company or brand, contact name, email, optional website, product or model and free-text message. This information is used only to assess the proposal, determine whether the subject may fit the GLG editorial line and reply when the conversation should continue.
Purpose and recipient
The message is sent to the By GLG management address and a receipt confirmation is sent to the address provided. Processing responds to the professional approach initiated by the sender and By GLG’s legitimate interest in reviewing proposals it receives.
Access and confidentiality
The form must not contain trade secrets or information requiring a formal confidentiality agreement. If a project is selected, any confidentiality terms are agreed separately before the relevant information is shared.
Retention
The website sends the proposal by email and does not create a copy in a WordPress prospect database. Messages are kept in the professional mailbox for the time required to assess them and handle any resulting conversation, then deleted when they are no longer needed.
